To me it looks like “RCO” when it’s supposed to say “PICO”, when I addressed my concerns with support their response was “I should’ve gotten the protection plan” or I could have consulted prior to finalizing-which the draft I was sent with the font looks nothing like the actual piece. Terrible customer service, wouldn’t order again.
