Custom Designs:
Items within this collection ship via USPS or FedEx and take an estimated 7-14 business days to deliver.
*This doesn't include the crafting/processing window of 5-25 business days depending upon the length of the name.
If an order is made with no customization, the order will be held for 3 business days. If there is no contact made by the customer, the first name of the customer will be used for ALL customized products within the order. We will also use our default font.
Delays in tracking information:
MUSE Custom Jewelry can only give estimates for shipments and is not responsible for delays out of our control. Rest assured, if you have received tracking information, your order has indeed shipped and will begin showing updates once the shipping partner makes them available from their system.

Orders from these collections are shipped via USPS, UPS Ground, DHL, Super Global Standard, or FedEx Standard shipping and take an estimated 7-14 business days.
Specifically, The SHINE Collection ships via DHL and arrives within an estimated 7-14 business days.
If all goes as planned with your package, the shipment time above will apply to the collection you have ordered from. However, all shipping windows have been adjusted to 2-5 weeks to account for import delays, international transport delays, and the effects of COVID-19 on international & domestic fulfillment. (Please be advised that this is an overestimate. This window has been created to be as transparent as possible with our customers.)

MUSE Custom Jewelry is NOT responsible for lost/stolen packages.
MUSE Custom Jewelry is NOT responsible for jewelry sent to incorrect locations by the customer or the shipping partner. Once your jewelry has shipped, there will be no changes to the shipping information.
MUSE Custom Jewelry is NOT responsible for jewelry returned due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer or the shipping partner. Once your jewelry has shipped, there will be no changes to the shipping information.
*There will be a fee to resend any returned package.
If the customer would like a refund for the returned item due to incorrect shipping information provided at checkout, we will deduct the cost of shipping and a $15 restocking fee from the refund total. If the order contains customized jewelry, the customer will forfeit an additional 50% of the cost of each piece for labor and material costs.
If your package is missing, please contact your local post office. Afterwards, reach out to us.
Please be vigilant in retrieving packages when they are scheduled to arrive.
