Politica de rambursare

 

We have provided every avenue for our customers to take control of their custom order. Whether that be via email (support@musecustomjewelry.com), telephone (4406000713), our chat bubble, or in the customization fields.

If a customer DOES NOT:

  1. Preview/Obtain a visual of their custom order
  2. Inquire about the design of their custom order

They are not entitled to a refund, return, or alteration after we've already crafted it. Replacements will be issued at the staff's discretion given the circumstances of the customer.

Most designs require 5-25 business days to craft. Your order is sent to our factory for processing promptly after checkout.

Customized items are NOT eligible for return. They can only be replaced with management approval.

Our custom designs are NOT eligible to be refunded or cancelled once in processing and/or crafting. No exceptions. 

Other non-custom accessories are eligible for a return if the circumstances fall within the guidelines below:

 

To be eligible for a refund:

(1) Your order must be unconfirmed without fulfillment on the business day that your cancellation is processed.

(2) Any order that is incorrect, broken on arrival, or lost in fulfillment will either be replaced, refunded, and/or upgraded at the staff's discretion.

(3) MUSE Custom Jewelry reserves the right to grant or deny return requests. Customers must contact support and detail their reasonings. Your case will be handled by a manager based upon the validity of the customer's circumstances and/or preview documents. 

(4) Customers are allotted 5 business days to report any flaws in their jewelry or missing jewelry. No exceptions. Everyday wear and tear is covered under our MUSE Purchase Protection policies. Any claims made without protection will be denied. 

(5) All jewelry bought on sale/clearance or at a discount is final sale

(6) If a customer would like a refund for an order that is returned by one of our shipping partners or delivered to an incorrect address listed at checkout, we will deduct the cost of shipping and a $15 restocking fee from the refund total. If the order contains customized jewelry, the customer will forfeit an additional 50% of the cost of each piece for labor and material costs.
